I.緒 言 臨床上,慢 性骨髄性白血病,真 性多血症,摘 脾 後などに,末 梢血中に著明な血小板の増加を経験 するが,ま れにこのような原疾患がな く,し か も 持続的に高度の血小板増加をみることがある.こ れを原発性血小板血症 といい,1934年Epsteinら の 報告に始まり,本 邦でも1939年 赤崎,浜 口の報告 以来約20例 を数える.本 症では血栓あるいは出血 という,い わゆ る"thrombohemorrhagic phenomena"が しば しば認め られ るが,止 血異常の機序 については異論が多 く,そ れについて充分な検索 をお こなつた例はまれであ る.著 者 らは著明な凝 血異常を伴つた本症 と思われる1例 を経験 したの で,本 症における出血性素因の発現について若干 の考察を加えて報告する.
